Dear Parents,
As we approach the end of the year we have a number of events coming up which require the support and time of parent volunteers..
1. The International Fair - Saturday 15th May - 11:00 - 3:00.
This is a school wide event / fundraiser that enables the whole school to get together and celebrate our cultural diversity. This will be a fun filled day of games and prizes. What can you do to help?
- Donate gently used toys or books for the prize stall (the PTA will buy some smaller prizes)
- Volunteer to help out on the day for an hour
Since the KS2 FOBBISSEA games will be held at the same time there will be 36 children and a number of parents who will be away so Year 4, 5, and 6 will be responsible for running two games together - the hula game and the sponge and bucket game. PLEASE consider whether you can volunteer to help run a game for an hour on the day and let me know as soon as possible. We need two adults per game per hour.

If you have any toys or books you would be willing to donate please send them in, if you can label the bag 'Prize stall - International Fair' - there will be boxes set up in the entrance area to the British School.
2. British School BBQ - Tuesday 8th June
The children will be having an end of year BBQ on this day. Firstly, we need to know if there are any orders for vegetarian hot dogs. Secondly, would anyone be prepared to help out on the day with cooking sausages and serving food.
3. KS2 Sports Morning - Thursday 20th May - 8:30-11.50
We believe a few volunteers would be appreciated to help run the activities, perhaps some have signed up already. Contact Mr. Foord.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help and support this year, I know it is not easy to always find the time in our busy lives to help out but your support is greatly appreciated.
We look forward to hearing from you.
