Monday 12th October 2009

I arrived to school about 7:59 I was almost late... After we all got temperature checked in our class it was wet and slimy.

Literacy was our first lesson which I didnt like it so much. We were making words for our news papper I was writing about "Tiger Woods Build Golf Course in Dubai"mabe it was easy for everyone but it was quite hard for me. Finally literacy time was finshed.                                        

After literacy we did music we were learning about melody,rythm,and drone my partner is Paola. Almost nobody remembered about the video that we wacthed long time ago so he turned the vidio on it was about melody,rythm,and drone I think that the song was about war it was now korean time which I really like.

Today in korean class our teacher Mrs.Ko read our korean diary.First she read max's after Max he read Michal Woo's Diary which Mrs Ko helped him.Mrs Ko read mine too!She said that my diary was fun and great!She read a little bit of Jules but it was already snack breack so we didnt have time to read Ashely's diary so she will read next korean lesson.I had to stay with my korean teacher because she was telling me what mistake I got and I went up to class room.

It was break time but we all eaten our snack  in play time because we are going to do swimming.They all went down to play when I just came up from korean class so I just ate  my snack.

We had swimming after break time which i really like the best.We swam something like a frestyle when we reached to the end we dived.My teacher Mrs Race said that my dive was great that i really got happy with.Soon the swimming got finished we went  straight away to lunch.

After lunch me Linda Paola went to Libary and played something thats called moshimonsters.We played math games I never knew that the lunch break was finshed I only thought that 5 minutes passed but actually 30mins passed.

It was suppose to be numeracy but we did literacy instead numeracy. We continued Literacy for about 30mins and got ready for Science.

In Science we learned about moon.Mr Corben showed us an video that is about moon.After that we all got our white science book and write all the answers.It was fun and easy.

Now it is the end of school today was an fantastic day of all.

Today it is Day 2 which we don’t really have many subjects. I went on the bus to school and I was on O bus. Finally I reached school. I was pushing some people on the green swing. I was having so much fun when the bell rang. We went up to the classroom and school begins……

We had to have a temperature check every morning in the classroom now it is so boring.

The first subject we had math, sometimes I like it but sometimes I don’t. Today we learned about doubling and halving. It was quite fun for me though. The best thing in maths is that when we sat on the carpet and we practiced some sums with Mr. Corben first.

Next we had Literacy one of my favourite subjects. We are doing a magazine article and it is like a story. My magazine article is about “A boy got bitten by a poisonous snake”. Literacy was really long today but I really enjoyed it.

Now we have playtime I played with Paola, Jasmine, Emily, Linda and Abby. They were all in Y5C except for Linda and Abby. Linda is in Y5P and Abby is in Y3W. We played tag. I can’t really explain it because some people play it a different way. Oh no! The bell rang now it is the time to go back to the classroom and eat our snack.

Afterwards Mr. Corben gave us homework and we also marked last week’s homework too. I got a few wrong. After all the homework we had literacy again we only had 15mins to finish it.

I was so happy it was lunchtime because I am going to go to Ms. Batly’s room and we are going to a house captain meeting. We had pizza and cola. After the meeting I was finding Paola and Jasmine but they weren’t in the library and in the classroom. It was raining so we could hang out in the classroom.

After lunch we did some comprehension. Comprehension is really hard for me but we did it really quickly. After the comprehension we went to Mr. Melmoth’s classroom and looked at their part for “Back to the Future”. Then they saw our part.

Finally the bell rang and I went to my own bus. but maybe I will put it in my best memories.

                2009 14^th October

Today is day is day 3 I thought I was late but I am so happy that I was not late. We had temperature checked again I was getting bored of it…

We first had Korean. Today we finished reading Ashley and Jules Korean Diary. Ashley and Jules diary was fantastic for me!

We had library first. Mrs. Ham read what the book is about and she gave out the books to the one that raise your hands up first. I choose Diary of Wimpy Kid and more different books.

It was time to do Science but we didn’t do Science. We got our white board and sit on the carpet. Mr.Corben teached us about tally charts. After we had to put answers in our math books. It was fun and easy. Mr.Corben gave me a favors to give chocolate to Miss.Corben.

Finally it was break I played with Linda the game with string but I don’t know how to call it in English…

My snack was cheetos and a huge orange. It was yummy. Almost everyone said that they never saw a big orange before! Almost everyone asked me for cheetos.

Now it was time for my favorite subject music I was happy. We performance how much we did in melody, rhythm and drone but my team member was only me and Paola so we only did melody and drone.

It was already 12:00 it was lunch time! I had Korean food again Linda asked me if she can eat kimchi and I said yes because she already touched with her chopstick. Anyways Korean food was yummy for me.

When Mr.Corben was saying that we are going to go to Lyso center me Michel Kimber, Serene, Blake, and I had to go to Miss. Gray’s room. We rote what did we do in Cho-Souk. We rote Miss Gray as a friend.

When we came back to class they were not here because they already went to Lyso center and after one minute they came back! We missed the teaser!

We rote what numbers came when we roll the dice. Number six, seven and nine was popular numbers! It was so fun!

This is my favorite thing I did. We made poster about Earth, Sun and Moon we had to make it colorful, nice pictures. When we all finished making posters, we were going around and stick a paper to anyone’s posters the one had a poster on their paper gets Polo!

finally the school ended. It was an wonderful day!

Thursday October 15^th 2009 Day 4

Today its day 4, we have lots of activities to do. When I came to school I played the green swing. The bell rang and we ran quickly as we can to our line. Finally school started…….

Everyday we all have to take our temperature. It was so boring we even needed to line up.

First we had Literacy that we had yesterday. Today we had a test. We have to write an article. Mr.Corben gives us four choices for the article. We had 35mins to complete the whole article. We couldn’t talk because it was a test. Mr.Corben said we have to check the work after we are done.

After Literacy we had art. Mrs.Corben teach us art. We were learning to draw a pineapple. Mrs. Corben said we have to use many colours to blend in so it looks like a pineapple. Art was really fun. It was really long. After the lesson we had to clean up the water pots and paint brushes.

Now it is play time. I ran as fast as I could to the green swings. I pushed so many people because they liked me to push. Paola said my push is much better. I was having so much fun when the bell rang just in a sudden.

Next we had homework. After that we had a maths test. Mr.Corben said that test is Level 4 test. The test had hard bits and easy bits. That was fun for some people like me! I think tests aren’t so bad it just tells you improved or not improved.

After we had lunch I ate quickly as I can and I went to play the green swing again. Linda came and we started to make a green swing station. Linda kept on saying ticket please. It was a lot fun when the bell just rang.

We had Social Studies with Ms.Scott. We are learning about Greeks. First we started of with some Greek Myth then we will do some writing. We did Social Studies for two hours that was so long. I don’t really like social studies.

Friday October 16^th 2009 Day 5 (morning part)

Today I came to school on bus and ran up the hill to our line. Jasmine, Paola and Emily weren’t there so I went to the green swing. I pushed some people that wanted me to push and then Paola came. She asked me if she can go on it and I said yes. The bell ran really quickly. We lined up quickly and went up to the classroom. School had started…

Everyday there was a very boring temperature check my ear was all wet.

School started with a science test and it wasn’t really long, but I liked it really much. Some are hard and some are easy. If we are finished we can colour the pictures in the test sheet. That was a lot of fun colouring pictures.

Afterwards we had Literacy. We had a new subject it was called monsters and myths. We read through all the six different types of monsters. Then we had a table challenge. We had to memorize the entire monster names.

After we had break time I played tag with Jasmine, Paola Emily and Abby. We had so much fun and the bell rang. I was really hungry. When I ate my entire snack up I was full.

It was French time already! I never knew it! We were doing about family (famil’e). For me it was quite boring..

Phew I was really happy that it was already lunch time! I choose Korean food again! but it was still yummy.

I rode a green swing Serene pushed me it was so fun! I don’t know why we are keep on riding the Green swing suddenly the bell rang when Jules was going to push me...

 It was ICT time that is one of my favorite subjects. We first practice typing in (rapid typing). After few minutes, we did about Greece. We had to make a title page and a contents page. It really took long time to do title page! I almost did it for 30mins! And I did not have time to finish contents page!

Now it was RE time Mrs. Scott teaches us very well. Today it was very fun! When she was doing something I really like, we had to go assembly I was quite sad…

I didn’t know why there was assembly because there was no word as assembly in day 5! But still we went to assembly I was fun I really enjoyed it so much!

Finally the school ended it was best day of school!
